SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management), is an open standard that allows for the automation of user provisioning. SCIM communicates user identity data between identity providers (such as Okta or Azure) and service providers requiring user identity information.

If you are a Jurnee customer using SCIM User Provisioning API on your side (either via an identity provider or manually) and you want to take advantage of it and use it with Jurnee, this guide will tell you what you need to do in order to enable it with us.

In order to proceed with configuring user provisioning with SCIM through Okta, you must:

Configuration steps

Generate your SCIM credentials in Jurnee

  1. In the page People and User Provisioning tab of the Jurnee Dashboard.

****Click on Generate credentials

  1. It will create a new Client ID and Client Secret that you will need to copy into your Okta interface.

Please note that for security reasons, we do not display your credentials again after you generate them.

Setting up the SCIM integration in your Okta dashboard

  1. In the Jurnee application, Provisioning tab. Click on Configure API Integration
