Setting up a new application in your Okta account

  1. From the Okta Admin Dashboard, in the Applications page, click Browse App Catalog

  1. In the opening page, search and click on the Jurnee app

  1. In the opening page click on Add integration

  1. Once the application is added, in the Sign On tab copy the Client ID and Client Secret

  1. In the Credentials Details set Application username format to Email and click Save

Setting up the new SSO integration in Jurnee

In the page Settings and Single Sign On tab of the Jurnee Dashboard.

Paste the Client ID and Client Secret you copied in Okta during the step 4.

The Okta Issuer URL is generally a URL like https://yourcompany.okta.com

You can refer to their guide for more details.

The provider is Okta.

Click on Save and it's done!

SP initiated SSO instructions

The sign-in process is initiated from the Jurnee Dashboard

  1. From your browser, navigate to https://app.jurnee.io/login/sso
  2. Enter your Okta user email and click on Login with this email
  3. You may need to log in to Okta if you are not
  4. If your credentials are valid, you are redirected to the Jurnee Dashboard
